As a naturopathic doctor and creator of the Tranquil Minds Anxiety Program, Dr. Katie uses her passion for mental wellness and lifestyle medicine to help her patients achieve positive changes in their health and in their life. Dr. Katie has a passion for helping those with anxiety, and working individuals connect with their higher purpose. She practices in Guelph Ontario where she lives with her husband and daughter.
