Stress is an inherent part of our society, our culture and our everyday lives. It doesn’t feel like a gift, but it could be. Looking at how we do what we do with awareness, curiosity and shift in perspective can give us answers to some of our inherent problems. Join this interactive and experiential workshop to not just learn a number of “to do’s” to manage stress, but to get curious about what is stopping you from being stress free.

Natalie Haynes became a therapist because she was a client. Through her own journey toward self-awareness she personally experienced the power of psychotherapy and changed careers. Natalie is a Registered Psychotherapist and has an established private practice in Georgetown.
She has been supporting individuals, couples and families with their journey of self discovery, for over 10 years. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists and the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds or credits will only be issued if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the event. An administration fee of $10 will be charged for any refund or credit processed.
