Stress is an inherent part of our society, our culture and our everyday lives.  It doesn’t feel like a gift, but it could be.  Looking at how we do what we do with awareness, curiosity and shift in perspective can give us answers to some of our inherent problems.  Join this interactive and experiential workshop to not just learn a number of “to do’s” to manage stress, but to get curious about what is stopping you from being stress free.

Cost covers speaker and networking.  You get to select and pay for your own dinner. Cash bar.

Please Note that you must
pre-register for this event.
