This recipe for success is no longer realistic or desired. In fact, today, more than any time in our history, you have the opportunity to create a career and life that lifts you up, is fulfilling and utilizes your unique skills and gifts.

Our world needs each of us to bring our full selves into the work we do, to lift others up to do the same. This session will engage participants in a conversation about defining success in alignment with vision, strengths and the experiences women want to have in their life and career. Being proactive and believing in yourself is essential to taking powerful action realizing your vision.

Amy Vodarek is a catalyst for women leaders and entrepreneurs who want to make a bold and positive impact in their organizations, companies and world. She partners with women as an executive and leadership coach, advisor and consultant to reveals the invisible barriers and missing conversations holding them back from the success they desire.

She holds an MScN from McMaster University and coaching certifications from Newfield Network, The Institute for Generative Leadership, Genuine Contact and, is certified in The Leadership Circle.

She’s the founder of Insight Edge Leadership Development; an Associate Consultant with Altus Growth Partners and Courage Group International. She teaches leadership and management to emerging health science professionals at McMaster University and is a program coach for Newfield Asia. Amy is committed to helping women leaders reach their vision and provides Executive Coaching globally to CEO’s of social venture start-ups.
