Patti Byers

Patti grew up just outside of Owen Sound in the village of Leith on a farm. She has been in this industry for 21 years and have travelled through the exciting journey of transformation from print to digital advertising. Through her position as a media consultant with YPG she has had the wonderful opportunity to attend many digital marketing seminars, workshops and seminars including training directly with Facebook and Google through YPG’s partnership status with each. She has a client base of 170+ small and mid-size businesses that she loves working with to insure that their digital marketing strategy is consistently performing well and tweaking it to keep up with the current trends.

She lives in Kitchener and has 3 children, Dylan, Connor and Kathryn and 3 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats.

Laura Pearce

Laura is an Economic Development Officer with the City of Cambridge with a passion and proven track record for business development and expansion. Laura has been working with small business clients on business planning for nearly 10 years, 4 of which include with Waterloo Region Small Business Centre clients.  Laura’s academic background includes a marketing diploma, Growth Wheel Certified Business Advisor, and Professional Canadian Designation in Economic Development, Ec.D.

Nicole Periera

Nicole is with Cambridge Centre Honda.  She is currently serving as Incoming Chair of the Board of Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Board for the Montessori School of Cambridge, Board of Advisor at the Waterloo Region Small Business Centres and participate as a Certified Leader, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.

In 2017, she took on the role of Chair of the GroYourBiz Board in Cambridge. GroYourBiz is an organization committed to helping female entrepreneurs grow their business.
