Laurie Hunt attributes her sense of adventure and ‘more-in’me approach to life to what she learned from running, transitioning from a chubby smoking party girl to an athlete who recently completed a 55 K mountain race in Nepal. “We are capable of so much more than we realize.” The More-In-Me movement encompasses Laurie’s philosophy and approach for helping people move into possibility and access untapped potential. As a facilitator, speaker and writer, Laurie’s goal is to help people find their unique ‘more-in-me.’ Laurie integrates her academic teaching and research, her extensive training in the fields of leadership coaching, social change and Eastern philosophy, along with her insatiable curiosity for learning, into her work.
