Join us to learn how to incorporate manageable and meaningful self-care into your everyday so that you can thrive in the work you love and bring balance to your own needs.

Laura Hughes is a speaker and facilitator providing support for the supporters. She guides you to show up for yourself through on-going, intentional, actions to bring balance to caring for yourself alongside all the energy and time you give outwards. Laura has trained over 3,000 staff ranging from paramedics to teachers to business owners to parents on the HOW of self-care and is passionate about leading all of us to make time each day for ourselves.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds or credits will only be issued if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the event. An administration fee of $10 will be charged for any refund or credit processed.
