If increasing sales is your priority, this presentation is for you! Do you remember the soup nazi from the 90’s sitcom, Seinfeld, where people waited in long lines for his soup, despite his questionable customer service? Many real businesses are just as magnetic – attracting fans who go to great lengths to be customers. Toronto’s Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecake is a perfect example: Two years since its opening, line-ups for his famous cheesecake are still blocks long today.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn pull marketing secrets to magnetize your business, so customers/clients are naturally drawn to you. No more hard selling. Walk away with a magnetized elevator pitch, and learn how and where you can share these messages at low to no cost so customers WANT to buy from you.
Please Note that you must
pre-register for this event.
Keka DasGupta has created PR campaigns where people threw paint balloons at a giant wall to cover the word cancer, symbolizing their fight to eradicate this deadly disease. For Valentine’s Day, she asked Canadians to grade themselves on how good a lover they are (incidentally, 88% of us fail to make the honour roll!). For 20 years, Keka has been orchestrating such head-turning campaigns for top brands like: Disney, Nike, American Express, IKEA, Johnson & Johnson, and Schwarzkopf to name a few.
Today, as far as she knows, Keka is the world’s first freelance marketing VP. This unconventional set up she has with DDB Public Relations (the Tesla of PR agencies in Canada), means she gets to spend quality time with her two sons. It also allows her to consult with entrepreneurs, helping them set up their PR/marketing strategies – something she loves doing.
Last year, Keka and her DDB team were awarded the Oscars of the PR industry with the Agency of the Year designation from IABC’s global Gold Quill competition. In her quest to better her best, Keka is now trying to figure out how to top this. She figures this is a good challenge to have!
Keka will also be a featured speaker at this year’s TEDxWindsor.
