This session will explain the difference between mindfulness and meditation. How it can de-stress your life with a few simple steps practiced on a regular basis and the benefits of both techniques. This is great introduction or tune up to the principals of an evidence based mindfulness practice with a focus on love, stress reduction, calm and resilience.
