Join certified trainer, Shawna Percy, to explore different types of anxiety, physical and psychological signs and symptoms. As well as grounding techniques and resources to loosen the anxious grip.

Shawna Percy

Shawna Percy is a suicide interventionist and certified ASIST, safeTALK, Mental Health First Aid, and ASK (Assessing for Suicides in Kids), Trainer. Shawna shares her lived experience supporting those in crisis, and has expertise in mental health and addictions. Shawna is a TEDxUW speaker, published author, and President of Life Voice Canada. Her goal is to provide training to equip communities to support people experiencing a mental health crisis.


Cancellation Policy: Refunds or credits will only be issued if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the event. An administration fee of $10 will be charged for any refund or credit processed.
