Mindfulness, Meditation and Chair Yoga
After our healthy and nourishing breakfast, we will find stillness in our bodies and observe our thoughts without judgement or criticism. After a short meditation we will move our bodies through some mindful transitions into a variety of simple seated yoga poses. If you’re off to a business presentation after our breakfast don’t worry, no special clothing is needed. We are all beginners, start where you are and explore the stillness and mindful movement.

Vivienne Dineen is co-owner and instructor at Moksha Yoga St Catharines Inc. With over 1,000 hours of teacher training in Moksha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Laughter yoga; meditation and mindfulness; and Moksha Fit – a fun and vibrant new offering at the studio, Vivienne is committed to and inspired by growing and supporting an inclusive community. Vivienne teaches compassionate classes with a strong focus on connecting alignment, movement and breath. Through gentle communion with the courage that lies within each of us, Vivienne provides a safe space for students to explore the possibilities and go deeper. Vivienne came to yoga when searching for a way to heal from the past, reconnect with herself and fully experience the present. She took her first Moksha class in Halifax and was ignited. From that pivotal moment her path was altered and she began her lifelong journey as student and teacher.
